The office is located in downtown Charlottesville at 1114 East High Street. Collective Strength Counseling operates independently in The Medicine Wheel Holistic Health Center. Free parking is available behind the building, accessed by the alley off of 11th Street NE. There is a CAT bus stop right outside the building at E High Street and Grove Ave on the Blue line. The Orange line also runs near the building with a stop on Little High and 11th Street.  It is necessary to climb stairs to access the office.
