In-person therapy allows for a deeper connection between therapist and client and makes Somatic Experiencing therapy more impactful. Our office includes free parking and convenient access to public transportation.
Teletherapy is available for clients located anywhere in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, telehealth makes therapy more accessible and convenient. Teletherapy is clinically appropriate for many adults experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, or trauma-related stress.
For existing clients after an initial intake, walk and talk therapy provides a change of setting from traditional in-office sessions. Gentle movement and exposure to natural light can support nervous system regulation, mood improvement, and stress reduction. Walking alongside your therapist promotes co-regulation and connection, while reducing the intensity of face-to-face sessions.
